Shipping

SAS Munitions ships orders directly from our warehouse in Martinsburg, WV.

Most orders ship the same business day. During high demand, please allow up to 72 business hours for processing. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.

Ammunition ships through UPS or FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping on qualifying products. These options are available within the contiguous 48 United States.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Shipping Address

Billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders with mismatched addresses may be reviewed or canceled.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, UPS Stores, or third-party pickup locations. Orders must be shipped to a valid physical address.

Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Restricted Locations & Documentation

Some states and local jurisdictions require additional documentation before ammunition can be shipped.

Required documentation may include:

• Government-issued photo ID
• FOID Card
• CCW/CPL
• FFL
• Other documentation required by your jurisdiction

Send required documentation to FOIDCARDSAS@gmail.com and include your order number.

Orders placed for locations where ammunition is prohibited will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Insurance

Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout.

If insurance is not purchased, SAS AMMO assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or missing after being transferred to the carrier.

If insurance is purchased, coverage is subject to the insurance provider’s terms and approval.

Insurance claims must be reported to SAS AMMO within 3 days of delivery or the expected delivery date for lost packages.

Refused Deliveries

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.

If you refuse delivery, you will be charged a $30 restocking fee or 10% of the order total, whichever is greater, plus the applicable shipping cost. Any remaining amount will be provided as store credit, not a refund.
