Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with SAS Munitions LLC (DBA SAS AMMO), or by providing us with your personal information, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Use in the entirety:

All ammunition buyers must:

• Be at least 21 years of age for handgun ammunition and 18 years old for rifle ammunition
• Never have been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year
• Never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution
• Never have been a fugitive from justice, or an unlawful user of any controlled substance
• Have not been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces
• Never have renounced his or her US citizenship
• Have not been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
• Never have been subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child
• By selling and delivering ammunition and/or firearm accessories to me, SAS AMMO is not violating any state or local laws or ordinances

You as a customer are responsible for how you or others use the products you purchased from SASMunitions.com. If any of the above customer statements is untrue at the time of your purchase, you expressly agree that you will release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend SAS AMMO and its owners, agents, officers, employees, service providers or any party SAS Ammo uses to help complete a transaction to a customer, against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.

Restricted Shipping Locations

No ammunition may be sold to Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia, Massachusetts, and New York. In addition, we cannot deliver to the County of San Francisco, or the cities of Carson, Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, and San Francisco, CA, or the city of Chicago, IL.

For ammunition sales in Connecticut, Illinois, and New Jersey, we require a copy of your state issued ID and firearms permit or FOID card. We will contact you for this information before completing your order.

Please check your local laws before ordering ammunition or ammunition components.

Returns

All sales on ammunitions are final.

Shipping Liability

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that SAS Ammo has no control over your shipment once it has been transferred to the shipping carrier, including but not limited to UPS or FedEx. While we specialize in ammunition sales, we do not manage or influence the operations of these carriers. By accepting our terms, you confirm that the shipping carrier will deliver your package to the exact address provided at checkout, and it is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed under any circumstances. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, UPS Stores, or any third-party pickup locations. Orders must be shipped to a valid physical address where the package can be securely delivered.

Please ensure that the delivery location is safe and accessible, and that someone is available to receive the package if necessary.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 – 5 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Our Flat rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer shipping to states outside the lower 48 and international. If an order is placed outside of the stated perimeters it will be cancelled and issued a restock fee. Orders cannot be processed and will be flagged as fraud if the billing and shipping address DO NOT match. Orders will then be replaced via gift card to place the order correctly. IF an order is for a serialized item or firearm the system will dictate it as such and it will be sent to the chosen FFL. DO NOT put the FFL as the shipping address.

Shipping Insurance

SAS Ammo offers optional shipping insurance at checkout through third-party providers, including the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx) and/or ParcelGuard. This coverage is designed to protect shipments against verified loss or damage during transit.

No Insurance Selected

If shipping insurance is not purchased, SAS Ammo assumes no responsibility for any packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or missing once the order has been transferred to the carrier. All risk transfers to the customer at the time of shipment.

Coverage Limitations

Shipping insurance, when purchased, is subject strictly to the terms, conditions, and approval of the insurance provider (carrier or ParcelGuard). SAS Ammo does not guarantee claim approval, reimbursement, or replacement.

Insurance coverage is limited to:

• Verified loss in transit
• Verified damage during shipping
• Verified carrier non-delivery

The following are not covered:

• Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
• Theft after delivery
• Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer
• Delays in transit
• Seizure, return, or disposal due to local/state regulations
• Unauthorized changes to origanal shipping address

Claims Process

All claims must:

• Be reported to SAS Ammo within 3 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages)
• Include all required documentation (photos, packaging, carrier notices, police reports etc.)
• Comply fully with the insurance provider’s investigation process

Failure to meet these requirements may result in claim denial.

Resolution

If a claim is approved by the insurance provider, SAS Ammo reserves the sole right to determine the resolution, which may include:

• Replacement (if product is available)
• Store credit
• Refund

Additional Terms

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped
• Customers are solely responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location
• SAS Ammo is not liable for carrier errors, delays, or final delivery outcomes

Pricing

SAS Ammo does our best to price our products at market value. As the market changes so does our pricing. We are not obligated to honor a price that is in print or an error. We reserve the right to adjust product prices as dictated by the market. We are human and also make mistakes.

Cancellations and Chargebacks

You cannot cancel your order once you have placed it. If you refuse a carrier delivery after you have placed an order, you will be subject to a $30 restocking fee or 10 percent of the entire order, whichever is greater. You will also be charged the entirety of the shipping cost.

The shipping cost to us will be the same that you paid to get the item(s) to you. We will also refuse to refund your money. You will receive back the remainder of the original payment, minus shipping and restocking amounts, as explained above, as a store credit, not a refund.

We will need your correct shipping address to assure the correct delivery of your product. If you provide us with the wrong address, we will have to perform a carrier intercept. This usually isn’t free, and as such, we reserve the right to charge you for what we have paid to the carrier. If you do not accept this fee, we will consider it a refused delivery. You will then be subject to our terms outlined above.

Tax Notification
I understand that my order may be subject to sales tax depending on where I reside.

Review Manufacturers’ Safety Information
SAS AMMO is a retailer and that product manufacturers are the best sources for information about their products, such as safety warnings, product specifications, and other information. Prior to buying or using products from SAS-Ammo.com, I expressly agree that I will review this important information from product manufacturers.

Unless explicitly stated, we hold exclusive rights for any and all content displayed on SAS Ammo. This includes, but not necessarily limited to, logos, headers, images, text content, reviews, as well as slogans. This is the case whether or not the particular content was submitted or created by a third party.

We also maintain the ability to remove or alter all content found on this site. This content includes that of which is supplied by any individual, regardless of its point of origin and for any reason we deem necessary.
